Agreement made as of the between Strikes Unlimited, Inc, (Purchaser of Entertainment) and the Artist listed below. Strikes Unlimited, Inc. listed below agrees to hire the below identified Artist to perform and the Artist agrees to provide such performance services under the following terms and conditions:

7:00 pm to 10:00pm / 3 Hours
Load In/Sound Check Time:
Load in after 5:00 p.m. /Sound check immediately to follow

Purchaser will provide 1 (one) complimentary meal from a selected menu to each band member/sound technician. Also, each band member/sound technician is entitled to unlimited sodas or water refills (Alcohol and Red Bull excluded).
FOR MARKETING ARTIST AGREES TO PROVIDE ONE IMAGE (UPLOAD HERE)
AND 2-3 SENTENCE BIO TO BE USED FOR STRIKES MARKETING PURPOSES AT LEAST 15 DAYS BEFORE EVENT. ADD BIO HERE
ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE PA/SOUND SYSTEM FOR PERFORMANCE.
ARTIST’S CONTRACT MUST COMPLETED WITH ALL REQUESTED INFORMATION AND PROVIDED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING SAID CONTRACT. IF SAID CONTRACT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS, CONTRACT MAY BE NULL AND VOID BY PURCHASER.
LOADING OUT OF VENUE SHALL COMMENCE NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES AFTER ARTIST’S FINAL PERFORMANCE.
ARTIST AGREES TO PROMOTE PERFORMANCE ON THEIR INTERNAL MARKETING CHANNELS I.E. FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, WEBSITES ETC.
Artist acknowledges that they shall perform their obligations hereunder as an independent contractor and not as an employee of purchaser. Artist further acknowledges that they are not a part of purchaser’s payroll, social security, or tax withholding rolls. Artist shall have sole control and direction in the conduct of the performance.
Purchaser shall be entitled to advertise and promote the appearance of Artist at the Performance. Artist acknowledges that Purchaser may rely on the terms hereof in all such promotions and advertising both in print and broadcast setting forth the names, dates, and times of all performances to be held. Artist authorizes and acknowledges that Purchaser may use their names, photographs, likeness, facsimile signature, and any other promotional materials in all of such promotions, advertising, or other activities used to increase attendance at the Performance. Purchaser agrees to be responsibly when promoting the performance through its usual course of promotion and advertising efforts.
Purchaser and Artist agree that this Agreement in not subject to cancellation unless both Purchaser and Artist have agreed to such cancellation in writing or any unforeseen illness to the main Performer of the Band, or closures or damage due to the unit for any Acts of Gods (i.e. weather), that may occur damaging the location. It is further agreed that any cancellation (other than reasons outlined above) by Purchaser will result in liquidated damages payable to Artist of one-half (1/2) of the full wage agreed upon if cancellation is made within fourteen (14) days or less of the performance date. Should the Artist cancel within fourteen (14) days or less of the performance date (other than reasons outlined above), Artist will be subject to damages payable to Purchaser in the amount of 25% of the above agreed upon wage.
